Temp Tracker logs the temperature of all your medicine fridges and rooms. It registers minimum, maximum and current temperature and adds a time stamp to the log. If needed readings can be taken every single minute.
A great feature of Temp Tracker is that it keeps a permanent record of readings and actions taken. Whenever an alert pops up and you or your staff resolves this alert, this is recorded in the system. Recording actions taken for temperature monitoring is a CQC requirement. Temp Tracker keeps a full history of the actions taken, so it becomes easy for you to show how you’ve responded to temperature deviations.
Each user, ward and/or department will have separate log-in details. This means the user accounts are tailored to the staff so they can only input data for their own area. Users can select standardised actions from a dropdown menu when they need to resolve an alarm.
Encrypted data is stored in a cloud and historical data will be accessible for approximately 30 years.
