Promatica and 2020: A Year in Review

Promatica and 2020: A Year in Review

Though we can hardly claim 2020 was a year we’d like to repeat, we’re glad to say good things have followed from this year as well.

Looking back Promatica has made some great changes and we’ve been able to offer our digital solutions to different NHS organisations.

Promatica registered on G-Cloud 12

A wonderful development earlier this year: Promatica Digital has been registered on the Crown Commercial Service's G-Cloud platform with its software solutions.

The presence on this digital marketplace will mean interested parties will not need to go through a lengthy tendering process.

Angel investor Mo Nazir spoke about this new step for Promatica:

“We’ve seen many great changes within Promatica over the last 9 months, experiencing growth in a challenging time for healthcare,” says Mo Nazir, angel investor at Promatica. “Our successful application to G-Cloud 12 marks another step in offering our service to hospital trusts, CCGs, PCNs and more.”

New Web Tracker release: Controlled Drug ordering

Last summer we went live with our Controlled Drug ordering and prescription tracking tool.

This tool allows healthcare to monitor their controlled drugs in a specially-designed platform, meaning it lists those items that are relevant to controlled drugs specifically. It removes the need of controlled drug order books and speeds up the process of ordering controlled drugs to a great degree.

The first release has been implemented at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust and is now fully operational.

We're glad to be offering a specific solution for Controlled Drug ordering within our prescription tracking software Web Tracker and wish UH Bristol NHS Foundation Trust the very best in managing their CD ordering with this new digital solution.

North West Ambulance takes on temperature monitoring solution

North West Ambulance adopted our temperature monitoring solution Temp Tracker for their medicine fridges.

We are glad to have been able to welcome this new party to Promatica and wish them the very best as they implement Temp Tracker.

NHS Lothian takes on Promatica's Web Tracker

We're glad to announce Promatica has expanded to Scotland. A warm welcome to NHS Lothian who have taken on our prescription tracking solution, Web Tracker.

Web Tracker offers an electronic tracking solution for all prescription-related activity from General Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing to Homecare.
